With changing environmental laws and the increasing costs associated with water, solutions to reduce waste water & expense, while maintaining compliance with environmental standards are vital for reliable operations. We offer complete integration of incoming water and wastewater treatment for industrial applications for all of North America. System controls are designed to provide information the customer desires (Internet monitoring, data-logging, tie-in to other systems, etc.).
We offer production water pretreatment (softeners, carbon filters, bag filters, cartridge filters, hydro-carbon cartridges, etc.), Reverse Osmosis systems, Ultrafiltration Systems, holding and process tanks, complete plumbing packages, water recycling, and waste treatment for industrial waste streams.
We employ our own team for design, manufacture and installation to assure our customers a timely installation of quality equipment.
Industrial water is an area of specialties. Our wastewater program is based on task-oriented systems, custom designed to the application. There are usually three to five ways to accomplish any given task. We choose the one that fits the rest of the process, the capital and operating cost goals, and the level of automation required by the customer. Our systems are modular for easy upgrading when production increases. The control packages are built by in-house designers. Control packages are available with data recording and off-site monitoring through an internet connection.
